Francis Giacobetti
At Iris Art, we are constantly seeking inspiration from the world of art and photography. One particular artist who has captured our attention is Francis Giacobetti, who embarked on a unique project in 1980.
His idea was to photograph the irises of famous individuals, a concept that is both intriguing and fascinating. Over the course of more than twenty years, Giacobetti traveled the world to meet some of the most visionary men and women of the 20th century.
Through his lens, he not only captured their physical portraits but also listened to their stories, making his project even more meaningful. We at Iris Art are truly inspired by Giacobetti's work and strive to continue pushing the boundaries of artistic expression through our own photography.
